minto.ai is based in Hyderabad, India, and has delivered industrial sensing, signal processing and machine-learning diagnostics on steel and process plants for ten years. Two products: spiderAI™, the agentic reasoning layer, and iHz™ Systems, the hardware that senses at the electrical panel.

spiderAI™ has four parts: Threads (it remembers what you already know: manuals, history, nameplates and procedures, each fact verified by a person before it counts), The Web (how machines, panels, areas and standbys connect), Spiders (agents that work backwards from symptom to cause and cite every finding to evidence), and Workflows (it runs your own planning cadence, inspection rounds, fault hunts, permits and escalation).

Terms the site uses consistently: "iHz™ Systems" (not iHz alone), "Workflows", "Operational Intelligence", "Operational halts". Machines are named by equipment noun (conveyor drive, exhaust fan, rod mill), never by plant tag.
