Behind those systems are people making difficult decisions, often with incomplete information. The consequences reach far beyond a single machine. We build intelligence to help them understand what is happening, what matters and what to do next.

A machine is part of a system. Its intelligence should be too.
spiderAI™ is our flagship agentic intelligence product for industrial equipment. It holds together what an operation knows about its machines, reasons across that knowledge continuously, and brings the right decision to the right person at the right moment.
It works with various IoT systems, including those already in a plant, and connects their signals with verified technical knowledge, maintenance history, production context and human experience. Findings carry their evidence, and people retain responsibility for decisions.
iHz™ is our separate industrial IoT system, capturing equipment intelligence from the power that drives machines. Where equipment signals are needed, we can supply and integrate iHz™ alongside spiderAI™. It is one signal source; spiderAI™ also works with other IoT systems and does not depend on iHz™.

Our first way into a machine was the electricity driving it.
iHz™ is our separate industrial IoT system, built by asking a fundamental question: could the power supplied to a machine reveal what was happening inside it? Its current product series uses Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) to identify faults in individual components of equipment driven by three phase AC induction motors.
iHz™ connects to spiderAI™ to bring equipment intelligence drawn from electrical power into the wider operational picture. Where equipment signals are needed, we can supply and integrate iHz™. Where other IoT systems are already in place, spiderAI™ can work with them.
Knowledge becomes useful when someone can act on it.
The people closest to the work are part of the intelligence.
A technician’s observation, an engineer’s judgement and a plant team’s experience carry knowledge that measurements alone cannot provide. Our products are built to bring these perspectives together.
People verify the knowledge. Findings carry their evidence. Decisions reach the person accountable for them. We believe better technology should make responsibility clearer and human expertise more useful.

Our first proof of concept at Patil Group covers five machines. The next project expands to 40 at the Kallakal plant.

Birlasoft names minto.ai™ among India’s Top 2 Innovative Startups. A moment of recognition for work grounded in the field.

spidersense™ brings equipment health to the web. iHz™ evolves. An order for 82 machines at Patil Group’s Bokaro plant deepens the work.

Installations across SAIL, TATA Steel and HIL bring new operating realities and harder questions to answer.

A work order covering three years and 50 machines at SAIL Bhilai. The journey into language models begins alongside continuing field work.
