Welcome to the world of iHz™ Systems

total equipment intelligence

01Plant walkthrough

Follow the power to the machine. From supply to component health.

One conveyor drive, traced from the sinter plant's motor control centre to its pulley, and how a single device in the panel reads all of it.

Mounting

The DIN rail runs horizontally across the panel. iHz™ clips onto it by the spring clip on its back face and stands with its length vertical: ports at the top facing out, perforated lid to the side, Ethernet port underneath.

Safely install the condition monitoring sensor inside the motor control cabinet

  • Monitor your machines wherever they are
  • Quick and easy installation
  • Controlled environment for reliable operation
  • Minimal maintenance requirements
Needs
Rail space, a short run to the sensor, a network connection and a stable supply. Worth checking before anything is ordered, not on installation day.
Fitting
The current transformer is split core and clamps around the cable. Nothing cut, nothing drilled.

Hardware

Industrial-grade hardware for complete asset visibility and intelligent monitoring

  • Robust Industrial-Grade Deployment

Secure data collection from motor control cabinets. Protected from environmental factors, ensuring consistent and scalable data acquisition across your industrial setup.

  • High-Resolution Signal Capture

High-resolution acquisition of the electrical signal at the panel, preserving the detail needed for component-level analysis.

  • Edge computing

On-device processing at the edge, so only the signals that matter travel across your network.

06Questions

Before you fit one. What people ask us first.

Something we haven't answered?

Ask the engineers who built it. They will tell you what it can't do, too.

  1. Rotating machines driven by an electric motor, read from their supply. Low and high voltage, fixed speed and behind a variable speed drive, from small belt drives to the largest machines in a plant.

Start with one panel.

Inside the cabinet, on the motor's supply: no production stop, no machine access, no exposed sensor to fail.
